Can I get tracking information for my order?

Shipping and tracking information is available for every order and will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Sometimes this email ends up in your spam/junk, please check there before contacting us.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, currently we only ship to the contiguous United States.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No, unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

What is your return policy?

All returns require prior authorization. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Trail Industries within 7 days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive a cash refund. Any return after 7 days will be eligible for an in-store credit. No return received after 30 days will be accepted. Email us at customerservice@trail-industries.com to start the RMA process. In the email, please include your name, order number, and the SKU and name of the product you are wanting to return.

How long will it take to get my order?

Standard order fulfillment time is 4 – 6 days after an order is placed. However, some products may take longer to fulfill based on stock quantity within the warehouses they come from. If your order is on backorder or is scheduled to take longer than 4 – 6 days, we will contact you.

Do you work with bloggers or guest writers?

Yes! We love having bloggers and guest writer’s post to Trail Industries to share their adventures with our audience. We’ve learned so much from them and appreciate their words of wisdom! We hope our customers appreciate their reads as much as we do!

Do you offer military or first responder discount?

We do! Please email a photo of your personal ID as well as your military or work ID to orders@trail-industries.com. We thank you for your service!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. All orders are charged at the time of the order.

Can I change my order?

If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email to orders@trail-industries.com explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, chances are you will not be able to cancel your order after you’ve placed it. Our system sends that order immediately to ship. If your order isn’t in stock and hasn’t shipped, please email orders@trail-industries.com. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. You will need an RMA to have any shipped items cancelled/returned. To begin the RMA process, email customerservice@trail-industries.com.

What does it mean if my order is on back order?

We keep most items in stock however, some items are in short supply and may be on back order. In most cases, if an item is on back order, it will be noted in the product description. We work to get all orders out in a timely matter however, if a product is on back order it may not ship immediately. We do our best to keep the estimated shipping time noted in the product description of every back ordered item however, shipping time varies per back ordered product and is subject to change. If your item was not marked as on back order at the time of purchase but ends up being on back order after your purchase processes, you will be notified via email and we will do our best to get your product to you in a timely manner.

Can I redeem coupons?

If you have a coupon code from us, you may redeem it in your shopping cart. Simply enter the coupon code and hit “Apply Coupon” in the cart. You will see the discount reflected in your total if your coupon works with your purchase.

Is my product covered by a warranty?

All products are covered only by the Manufacturer’s Warranties and/or Guarantees.

Trail Industries can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, any typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice.

Is shipping really free?

For orders over $75 in the contiguous US lower 48 states (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), shipping via ground is free. Some parts require additional handling charges due to size or weight. Free truck freight shipping, in some instances, is to the closest Terminal. There could be an extra charge for delivery to your residence in that case. Shipping is calculated per order if your purchase is under $75. Shipping costs are displayed in the cart upon checkout.

Do you ship same day?

Most orders received before 12:00 (noon) PST will ship the same day on in-stock items.

Is next day shipping available?

If you would like to ship next day air, please contact us before placing your order. If the item is in stock and available to ship next day air, we can arrange that for you at an additional charge. However, you MUST let us know prior to placing your order.

Does Trail Industries stock items or drop ship?

Both. Most items will be shipped to you directly from our warehouse. Some items may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, also known as drop shipped, if it is more convenient to/quicker for you as the customer.

How accurate are the lead times for products shipped by the manufacturer?

We do our best to ensure accurate information however, lead times are an estimated timeline based on our experience with the manufacturer.

Do you price match?

If you find a lower price before purchasing through Trail Industries, please email us at customerservice@trail-industries.com for more information regarding price matching. We will do our best to price match, which includes the price of the item(s) plus shipping cost. Trail Industries reserves the right to refuse price matching at any time.

I want to order a product you don’t carry/I can’t find on the site. Can I still order it?

If you’re looking for a specific product that is not currently on our site, send us an email at customerservice@trail-industries.com and we will do our best to get you what you need. In most cases, we can get just about anything. We actually appreciate our customers letting us know what they want!

Do you have a retail store?

We do not currently have a retail store. However, we offer local pickup from our warehouse (located in Brea, CA).
