I was initially concerned that I did not receive the usual "Thank you for your order, here's your tracking info" email. So, the following day (Sunday) I emailed the company. I was quite surprised to get an almost immediate reply explaining that they were having computer troubles that they were working to resolve. I remained patient and 9 days later received the Garmin inReach. In the package was a handwritten apology for the delay and a hat with the company logo. Very impressed overall, despite the delay.
